Piovan UnaDyn’s gravimetric blender, the Lybra LG (cooled version LGR), offers precise, flexible dosing with augers in single, dual, or triple-flight configurations for high accuracy and repeatability. Its intuitive graphical interface lets operators monitor and set parameters, view instantaneous production, and access all functions. Lybra LG/LGR integrates easily with supervision systems and is Winfactory 4.0 ready. The central body includes a static mixer that injects additives into the middle of the virgin column for uniform mixing. An angled dosing station prevents additive overfeed, while a dual-load-cell design supports only the residence hopper; a separate bracket isolates the hopper loader from the feed system, enabling higher throughput, greater accuracy, and reduced wear.
