Also we want to welcome the residents of University place Apartments in Jacksonville Florida.. Blue Chip equities finalized the purchase of 127 apartments with caerus real estate investments across from Jacksonville University and only 2 mi from the center of Jacksonville city. We .plan on holding the property long term and to renovate the units, buildings and grounds. We are also planning on rebranding the complex to Green Phin Flats once the facade work has begun. The area is going through a revitalization which we're excited to be a part of and looking to make a difference in the community for many years to come.
