Over the past four years, Coaching for Everyone (CFE) has been on a mission to empower BIPOC individuals by offering affordable, high-quality coach training programs. Our vision is to enable these individuals to achieve certification and excel as coaching professionals, creating a ripple effect of positive change within communities.

"Giving liberates the soul of the giver." — Maya Angelou

To date, over 200 individuals have gone through our coach certification program. None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of our first board of directors. A heartfelt thank you to Aaronde, Sabine, Kelly D., Kelly S., Kvon, Jeff, Tonya, Sam, Karen, Farah, Deborah, and Don Angelo. Your belief in our mission helped lay the foundation for everything we have accomplished.

A special recognition goes to CTI, whose support made our first four cohorts possible. We are still indebted to them and will never forget the impact they've made. Additionally, Tiffany A. deserves our deep gratitude for coordinating our first fundraisers and putting us on the fundraising map.

Our dedicated advisors and tireless volunteers—Erin, Maris, Jeff Z., Julian, Sheilesha, Ann, both Briannas, Ashira, Trey, Susan, Ronnie, Shee Shee, Michael T., John B., Laurel, Janneke, Tiffany S., and Toby—your contributions have been invaluable. And to the many ambassadors and general donors over the years, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. As well as the Foundations that have supported our mission—Lululemon, Stupinski Foundation, Truist Foundation.

As we welcome our new board members, Jess, Kat, Joanna, Ken, and Stu, we are filled with excitement for the impact that lies ahead.

Are we making an impact? We believe so, but there is so much more to do. Recently, we were awarded a grant to partner with an organization in New York to coach 150 BIPOC individuals aged 19-26 in financial empowerment. This incredible achievement has inspired us to create our own program, Project Money Matters. Both projects are lead by Michelle J. Through this initiative, we will not only coach young adults but also their families, providing cross-age tutoring where our young adults will mentor middle school students in self-esteem, motivation, communication, time management, and financial empowerment.

Remarkably, CFE has never had a full-time employee. What we have accomplished has been through the dedication of volunteers and a few contracted individuals. One of our longest-serving contractors, Brianna C., has been instrumental in our journey—we would not be where we are today without her. Now, we are ready to reorganize and take CFE to the next level!

What’s next for CFE?

- Expanding our Coach Certification Program: We want to continue our partnership with The Institute of Integrative Intelligence to ensure our graduates feel well-prepared to enter the coaching world.
- Project Money Matters: We are launching this new internal program to coach not just 19-26-year-olds but also their families. The program includes cross-age tutoring where our young adults will mentor middle school students in self-esteem, motivation, communication, time management, and financial empowerment.
Refreshing Our Website: After four years, it's time for an update to better reflect our growth and mission.
- Launching Retail: People have been asking for CFE merchandise, and we’re ready to meet that demand through a new online store.
- Conference Partnership: We have been invited to partner on a regional national conference, a tremendous opportunity to expand our reach and impact.
- Growing Our Coaches of Color Network: We aim to develop this into a robust support component for BIPOC coaches.
Striving for Self-Sustainability: We are closer than ever to becoming a self-sustaining nonprofit through building stronger partnerships and designing new delivery models.

Here’s where you come in: To realize these initiatives, we need your support. I am asking if you would join us and our new CFE board as one of 15 Ambassadors, each aiming to raise $2,000 to $3,000. This support is crucial for us to continue moving forward with our mission to empower BIPOC coaches and make lasting change in communities.

Your support will directly impact the lives of many, enabling us to expand our programs and reach more individuals who are eager to make a difference through coaching.

If you can be one of our ambassadors reach out to Victor McGuire at [email protected]. I will get you all set up!! I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for considering this opportunity to support Coaching for Everyone.

Together, we can continue to make a profound impact.
