Shivangi Sharma’s early life was filled with medical challenges after being born with congenital heart disease. A severe airway blockage left her dependent on a ventilator and unable to speak. At SMSIMSR, under expert surgical care, she underwent multiple high-risk procedures that gradually rebuilt her airway. Today, she is off the tracheostomy tube, breathing on her own, and rediscovering her voice. Her recovery reflects the power of advanced medicine combined with compassionate care.
