Commercial Casework Inc.

Happy Holidays from Commercial Casework Inc.! What a year it has been. Last week we had the pleasure of hosting our annual holiday party with all our employees, along with a handful of key subs and vendors that help make the magic happen. We were also presented The Wollenberg Award by Rebuilding Together Peninsula for our long standing partnership with the local non-profit.

📣 As we approach year-end, it’s a time to look back… but also a time to look forward.

As a company that primarily thrives in the Tenant Improvement sector, it’s very welcoming news when we see headlines like this!

👉 San Francisco’s office leasing activity is seeing strong momentum — nearing or reaching pre-pandemic levels, driven by renewed demand and growth from expanding companies. This trend is uplifting for our industry and signals continued opportunity ahead!

👷‍♂️ Looking forward to 2026 and beyond — more growth, more projects, and continued strength in the markets we serve! 🚀

It has been a long journey to this point, however we are thrilled to announce that we are in the home stretch of our expansion to Sacramento! Our spray booth is in and are finalizing sign-off on permit! Come mid-July, we will be 100% operational in Sacramento with full redundancy between both locations! Looking forward to spraying veneer in our new stat-of-art finish booth.

As a Bay Area millwork company, we have been fortunate to work on projects for some of Silicon Valleys top companies, watching new technologies be born...Figure AI is no exception. Check out the video below of the robots being developed. The casework (fabricated and installed by Commercial Casework Inc.) is nothing fancy, but always cool when our millwork is showcased in a video with new technologies.
