Dear Tea-Rek’z fam,

Our historic building’s historic power supply line turned out to be a little too historic today… and it broke. 😅

Power wasn’t restored until around 2:30pm, and because we weren’t sure when we’d be able to reopen, some of our team members had already made alternate plans. When we did reopen, we were short-staffed, which caused delays for some guests.

That’s not the experience we want anyone to have at Tea-Rek’z.

For the impacted orders we know about, we’ve already issued refunds. If you visited us today and didn’t receive the 5-star experience we always aim for, please message us so we can make it right. We’d be happy to issue a refund and hope you’ll give us another chance in the future.
