I am not a fan of gluten free products because they are most often loaded with additives that make my skin flare up. Baking a loaf of sourdough has wellness benefits. Sourdough acts like a prebiotic in your gut helping the good bacteria flourish. Every good bakery sells sourdough options if you are a reluctant baker.
