Holiday Mood Season

For many the holidays can bring joy and aspire a season of giving. But just like to some it aspires positive and warm feelings and moods, for others the holidays create seasonal anxiety, depression, grief and some May even describe bitterness. Remember behind that bitterness there is often a feeling of hopelessness or helplessness, so before we judge let’s take a step back.
