Bill Cummings, president and board chair of the Community Foundation of Merced County, was proud to represent Legacy Construction and Legacy Realty and Development at the 11th Annual State of the College event hosted at the Merced College Los Banos Campus.
Cummings joined fellow community leaders—Secretary Carrie Kelly and Executive Director Stephanie Dietz—in celebrating Merced College’s ongoing impact and bold vision for the future of education in the region.
A huge thank you to Dr. Chris Vitelli, President of Merced College, and Jill Cunningham of the Merced College Foundation for hosting such an inspiring and well-executed event.

In 2023, when we began developing the United Health Centers Fresno Jensen location, Fresno’s 93725 community experienced poverty rates reaching as high as 75%, hypertension affecting 40% of residents, and over half going without dental care (2023). Using cutting-edge data analytics, we identified where healthcare access is most critical and worked with partners like to bring world-class medical care to the communities that need it the most, regardless of the ability to pay.
These facilities aren’t just structures—they’re solutions, strategically placed to transform the community's health one neighborhood at a time.

Excited to kick off construction for United Health Centers' new urgent care in Kerman. Here's a look at the job site's initial conditions—soon to be transformed into a state-of-the-art urgent care facility serving the community.
