It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Dorothy Pistoresi, who was part of the CORE family from 2009 until her retirement in 2022.

Dorothy was so much more than a coworker—she was our "office mom" Although she did not have children of her own, she treated every member of our team as one of hers. She cared for us, encouraged us and spoiled us with treats, while never hesitating to keep us in line—especially when our office supply requests became a little too excessive.

Dorothy was generous, loyal, strong and wonderfully funny. Her signature advice, "Get over it and get on with it"' will forever be part of CORE and a reminder of her no-nonsense wisdom and resilient spirit.

We will miss Dorothy more than words can express, but we know her humor, kindness and unforgettable personality will continue to live on within these walls and through the work family she loved so deeply.

Our hearts are with Dorothy’s family and everyone who was fortunate enough to know and love her. Rest peacefully, Dorothy. You will always be part of the CORE family. 🤍
