When my friend asked me to make her a table runner for her new dining room table, I was excited and honored, but I must admit, I underestimated the task! I had never made one before, and although it was a fun challenge, it turned out to be be much harder to plan and execute than I thought it would be. After a bit of a steep learning curve filled with trial and error, I am happy to say, she was pleased with the final result! Thank you, Julie, for trusting me with creating this piece for your new home! Can't wait to see it with the leaf insert in the table too. The wood is absolutely gorgeous!

I keep tweaking the macrame cat bed hammock designs just a little bit each time I make one, and each one is just a little better than the last! I have to say I'm pretty happy with how this one turned out. Had to take a few pics before sending it off to it's new home. I hope the kitties like it!
