One year ago, I was accepted into the University of Houston SURE Program for entrepreneurs.This experience played a major role in my business journey and personal growth.
As a 15-year entrepreneur and a brick-and-mortar salon owner for the past 4 years, there were many moments where I doubted myself just like many others do. My salon skills were always sharp, but before signing my lease, I had never truly operated a business on this level before. Learning how to run a business while building one taught me discipline, faith, and resilience.
By investing into my business, education, and knowledge, I gained clarity, confidence, and vision for the future.
