Thank you, Sangat ji, for coming and being part of our Mental Health Workshop.

We appreciate everyone who took the time to join us, learn, and be part of the conversation.

This workshop was about creating a safe space within our Sangat where we can talk openly about mental health, support each other, and remind one another that it’s okay to ask for help.

Thank you again for showing up. We hope to keep these conversations going together.
