Access Plus Capital was proud to sponsor the 3rd Annual Central Valley Native Economic Summit through the SCALE Fresno.

Hosted by the Fresno Native American & Business Development Center, operated by ASIAN, Inc., the summit brought together tribal leaders, entrepreneurs, financial institutions, government agencies, workforce partners, and economic development organizations for a powerful day focused on Native economic empowerment and expanding opportunities throughout the Central Valley.

APC’s Pamela Mostert represented Access Plus Capital on the “Access to Capital” panel, sharing insight on financing options, community investment strategies, and resources that can help Native entrepreneurs and rural communities overcome barriers to capital.

Lemuel Mariano also represented Access Plus Capital by highlighting the SCALE Fresno program during the “Community Builders & Resources” panel. As a program of Access Plus Capital, SCALE Fresno shared how a coordinated small business ecosystem can connect entrepreneurs to capital, coaching, technical assistance, and trusted partnerships—helping businesses start strong, scale with confidence, and contribute to a more inclusive local economy.

We’re grateful to be part of conversations that uplift Native entrepreneurs, strengthen partnerships, and build stronger pathways to long-term economic success across the Central Valley.

What a night celebrating small business growth in Downtown Fresno! 🎉

Access Plus Capital was proud to host the Scale Up Downtown Fresno graduation, recognizing the entrepreneurs who completed the cohort and invested time into strengthening their businesses, building connections, and preparing for their next stage of growth.

This celebration was more than a graduation—it was a reminder of what happens when small business owners, partners, and community supporters come together around a shared vision for a stronger downtown.

Thank you to The Business Journal for highlighting this milestone in their article, “Six downtown businesses graduate from Access Plus Capital growth program.”
