2000 Toyota Tacoma prerunner
Complaint: Right rear running light not working.
Due to license plate lights blown.

2007 Lexus LS420, no start.
No communication with computer. Cluster lights up. Checked fuses and relays. Junction box relay not sending power to fuse box.
Customer said, he tried jumping it.
Apparently, the jump shorted the "junction box relay." Got it to start by completing bad circuits.
Customer, did not want to fix the issues.
