Good morning Gracie I talked to you briefly this morning about an incident that happened so I just wanted to send you an email again thanks a million times over keep doing what you guys are doing you guys are an awesome program.

Last week when I took my kids to school I walked up to take them through the cafeteria we came into a situation where a yard duty was not feeling well at all she actually grabbed her head and within seconds I had her in my arms she was unconscious. There was about 15 to 20 parents outside walking their students in as well. When I was lowering the staff member to the floor I noticed that she was totally unconscious and all of my training that I received from Gracie and Sulika came in handy. I was able to start CPR, identify somebody to call the police fire department, and identify another parent to call the front desk when that didn't work I immediately jumped on the walkie-talkie from the staff member and let the front desk know that I needed an ambulance to the back of the school. I continue to help the staff member that was unconscious until first responders got there. I was not sure if I would ever use the training that I received but I did! I was able to confidently and quickly help her until somebody that was in the medical field arrived. Again thank you so much because without this course class I would not know what to do and I would have just been another bystander that watched a woman fall to the floor, but because I do have the training I was able to do what I was with all the confidence in the world and stay calm which those seconds were so important. Thanks for everything you taught me and giving me knowledge I will take with me everywhere ❤️
