I've missed all of my amazing clients on this vacation but I'm refreshed, recharged and ready to get back to training! Had an absolutely wonderful time hiking and exploring Sedona, Arizona! See you all soon!

When sharing this picture on my personal page I realized this is not only a growth picture of Clark getting bigger but of me getting smaller & stronger....hard work and dedication pays off...don't give up...keep your goals in mind and keep going one day at a time...(the picture of me in the far right was taken yesterday and the first picture that says 7 weeks was 2 years ago) 💪😊
