Chakas + Selfcare is Level 1 of our Mastery + Teaching: Usui Reiki Series, a transformative journey designed to guide you through the sacred practice of reiki and energy healing. In this foundational level, perfect for beginners and anyone seeking to enhance their personal healing journey, you will explore the basics, learn how to better understand and balance your chakras, and begin integrating selfcare practices into daily life to help maintain your energy and well-being.

This program offers a modern and accessible approach to mastering intuitive energy work, focused on the core principles of self-awareness, healing, and empowerment. Whether you’re looking to enhance your daily practice or start a career as an energy healer, this program will guide you step-by-step toward becoming a grounded, skilled practitioner at home and anywhere you go. Each level of this program includes Usui Reiki certification.

A new round of classes starts Monday or Tuesday—it's not too late to sign up! This is a 5-week virtual course which includes two weeks of instruction.

Monday, March 10, 2025 through April 11, 2025, 12:00 to 1:30 pm PST
Tuesday, March 11, 2025 through April 10, 2025, 6:00 to 8:15 pm pm PST

Class B begins Monday, March 10, meeting each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for the first two weeks, and then three weeks of self-guided attunement with weekly check-ins and a final meetup on the last Friday, April 11.

Class C begins Tuesday, March 11, meeting each Tuesday and Thursday for the first two weeks, and then three weeks of self-guided attunement with weekly check-ins and a final meetup on the last Thursday, April 10.
