After every couple of uses, be sure to wipe out any oil residue from the reservoir of your diffuser (focusing particularly on the small disk in the bottom center). But every so often, you'll want to 'degunk' your diffuser by running a full cycle of half vinegar/half water (or full vinegar if it needs EXTRA TLC) You'll know when it's time for a degunking when notice that the mist is not as strong as normal (or if it physically looks like it needs a good cleaning)!

I typically run a vinegar cycle every other month on all mine (I have 7🙈) to keep them happy and healthy and running strong! But if you notice that even after a cleaning cycle your Diffuser still isn't working properly, you give Consultant Support a call because Scentsy diffusers have a lifetime warranty!
