Job Description:
we have an urgent requirements for testing freshers position.

Roles And Responsibilities:

Possess thorough knowledge of several testing tools Create and document automated and manual test plans and procedures, execute tests, analyze results, and report on test problems and anomalies (document bugs)
Establishing Project Goals and Objectives to document every business requirement activity.
Design & develop test cases based on available requirement specifications and verification plans, execute tests cases
Good skills on Ad-Hoc testing, Functional testing, Regression testing, Re-testing, Smoke testing, Non functional testing and User acceptance testing.
Very good in analyzing changes and identifying areas of the application to be regression tested.
Prepare detailed defect/problem reports
Good communication skills and documentation skills.
Work closely with development team to better understand requirements for effective testing
Good to have knowledge in both Web application and Mobile application testing.skills-Qualifications-Any GraduateExperience-freshers
Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used.
Work with the Development team to capture and reuse automated Unit Test Cases, Test Stubs and Drivers, and other Development test objects.
Use risk-driven techniques to develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites for various Software applications i.e., perform automated dynamic testing.
Select and develop appropriate test automation tools, applying the latest techniques in test automation; e.g., data-driven testing.
Ensure compliance with general programming best practices, accepted web standards and those standards set forth by upstream sources.
Work with management, developers and other stakeholders to establish and enforce guidelines for automated testing
Manage tests in Microsoft Test Manager, identify test case candidates for automation or regression and build automated regression test suites.
