I’ve been cutting Evan’s hair since 2022, back when he moved into the area to start his surgical residency. I’ve enjoyed witnessing his growth over the last three years and admired his tenacity. The path is unquestionably arduous, well evidenced by how tired he seems every time he comes in for a haircut between shifts. It reminds me that stripes are earned and the strongest swords are forged by fire.

Time and time again, I think that the power of a physician is, in large part, how many lives they can impact for the better, and I know already has and and will impact many more in the future.
