Many of you know that I have dedicated my professional life to mental health issues and worked in support of those around me and in my community. I launched my private practice over a year ago which has been both fulfilling and freeing.

I genuinely believe that being human is a lifelong journey filled with the many proverbial roads unique to each person while also allowing for the story to be changed, rewritten and understood more deeply. My hope is to continue helping others find their way along these roads with strength, courage, renewed optimism and self awareness.

I ask that 10 of my friends (and hopefully 10 of theirs) will share this post so others can see that therapy is normal, healthy and has the potential for healing.

I’m passionate about maternal health, family-, and relationship dynamics, especially in a multicultural context.

I have decades of experience in mental health and a trauma informed approach, as well as personal experiences of having a baby that didn't fit the textbooks. Add on my own bi-cultural background, I see the therapeutic process through a unique lens.

I work from a holistic perspective, considering the importance of all facets of a person and their experiences, including physical, emotional, mental, psychosocial and spiritual.
