Dannah Mayo, Healthcare COE Director, has been with OnTarget of over a decade. She leads a team of experienced healthcare professionals, marketing and selling powerful technologies changing the landscape of the market, including telemedicine, remote patient monitoring, and care management solutions.

Malcolm Allen, Contact Center COE Director, runs the fastest growing division at OnTarget. He supports the growth of contact center technology companies who are developing and implementing digital transformation technologies like interactive voice response (IVR), omnisource analytics for voice of the customer, and chatbots.
