I will continue to say that are the best! They are true awesomeness for dressing up for the occasion!

I assisted this beautiful couple 2 years with purchasing their home. They honestly thought at that time that they couldn't. I paried them with a lender that was able to deliver.

Fast forward to May 2nd, and they reached out to me saying that they want to upgrade. I was very surprised because I just literally found them a house 😂 After running comps they had some equity where they could proceed to move forward. Got them pre-approved and found their upgrade in New Construction.

They are getting an awesome deal!

This cute home just went under contract! After being outbidded on a few other homes, my client was ready to give up. With persistence and creative thinking, I was able to get him under contract within a few hours! He is excited and beyond thrilled! Who's next?? I am ready to assist!

Why Buyers May Lose If They Don’t Act Now 03/22/2018

You have to weigh the pros and cons if it is the right time to buy. Buying right now isn't for everyone but, you should understand the effects that waiting will have. If the market does not slow down, sales price will keep continuing to increase as well.

For example, for a $300K home with a 5% down payment and 4.5% interest rate is $1,444 (Principal & Interest). The same sales price with a 5% interest rate is $1,530. A difference of $86/mth. Now let's say you wait 6 months, and if prices continue to increase, a similar home is now $325K. With putting 5% down and a 5% interest rate your payment now will be $1,657/mth. A difference of $127/mth. All in all, waiting will definitely cost you. Time is money!
