Grounded turned 7 today! ✨

It brings all the deep feels reflecting on these past seven years. Whether it’s been for me, those who work at Grounded, or the people we serve— so much life has happened. It’s more than an adjustment, or any service. It’s journeying through life and different seasons together— being there for each other.
I think back to when it was all a dream. The family and friends who support your dream, the branding team who believed in you, the friend who constantly shared about you to her community, and little by little, the people you see telling their friends and family.
It’s humbling and I am grateful. It’s how anything beautiful is built— with the help of others.
At first it started with me, then we grew and Dr. Margie joined me. Soon after, Kristina with Virtue came along. Then Dr. Christina, and our nutritionist, Hannah, and Lilie with Lillie’s Healing Hands, and now Dr. Gabby.
I had never pictured myself starting my own business… I said ‘I wasn’t autonomous’ but the truth is, we can be anything we want to be. Don’t ever box yourself in and determine what your worth is or isn’t. It’s whatever brings you JOY and lights up your passion.
Thank all of you who cheer on Grounded and support us. Through everything, and most recently three of our chiropractors being away on maternity leave and slowly getting back at it.
It’s the ones who love you and believe in you that help our dreams to come to fruition. I’m forever thankful for the special place Grounded has became, our sweet community, and for the amazing ladies and team we have. They have treated GW like their own baby, because it is. It’s all of our blood, sweat and tears together now. God is good! ❤️

We realize it’s a big change having Drs. Nicole, Margie and Christina out on maternity leave (at the same time 😅) but we are so happy Dr. Gabby is on our team and here to serve you, along with Dr. Emily stepping in until we are back! You are in wonderful hands!
