POP Holistic Practice
Faith-Based Holistic Health with Janetta - nourishing sprit, mind, body, relationships, and finances with biblical wisdom and holistic practices.
As a minister of the gospel and a holistic practitioner, I’ve learned, sometimes the deepest healing begins by returning to God’s design . During my own journey through burnout, health crises, I discovered the power of plants over pills.
Nettle & hibiscus tea has become one of my favorite ways to restore, refresh, and reconnect. It’s more than tea, it’s stewardship of the temple God entrusted to us (Eccl. 3:20). When we choose plants over pills, and embrace toxin-free living (air, food, skin, bloodstream, and soul), we honor both our bodies and our faith.

Welcome to June, a fresh chapter filled with new opportunities, growth, and possibilities.
As we step into this new month, may you find the courage to pursue your goals, the wisdom to make the right decisions, and the grace to thrive without unnecessary pressure.
This month, choose progress over perfection. Celebrate every small win, embrace every lesson, and keep moving forward with confidence.
Cheers to a month of provision, purpose, and positive transformation.
Your morning routine sets the tone for your entire day.
Whether it’s a warm cup of ginger tea, refreshing coconut water, or simple lemon water, consistency is what truly makes the difference. Small daily wellness habits can support digestion, hydration, energy, and overall balance over time.
Some mornings call for calm.
Some call for energy.
Some call for nourishment.
The key is finding what works for your body and staying consistent with it.
So tell us… which one is your go-to morning drink? 👇

Peace is not always stolen in obvious ways.
Sometimes it fades quietly through daily patterns we barely notice:
• constant notifications
• overcommitting
• comparison
• unresolved frustration
• lack of rest
• priorities that no longer align with your values
The truth is, exhaustion is not always physical. Sometimes it is emotional, mental, and spiritual overload.
Awareness is the beginning of healing. When you identify what consistently drains your peace, you also identify where boundaries may be needed.
Because boundaries are not selfish.
They are a form of wisdom, stewardship, and self-respect.
So be honest with yourself today:
What steals your peace the fastest?

Your lungs support you every second of the day, and certain herbs have been traditionally used for generations to help nourish and support respiratory wellness naturally.
Mullein flowers are commonly used to soothe the respiratory tract and support clearer breathing.
Eucalyptus contains aromatic compounds that help promote open airways and easier breathing.
Rosemary is rich in antioxidants and traditionally valued for supporting respiratory and lung wellness.
Black seed oil contains thymoquinone, a plant compound studied for its antioxidant and respiratory-supportive properties.
Elderberry has long been used to support immune and seasonal respiratory health.
Chamomile flowers contain calming compounds that may help soothe throat and airway discomfort.
Ginger root brings warming support traditionally used for circulation, respiratory comfort, and overall wellness.
Oregano contains naturally occurring compounds that support microbial balance and respiratory health.
Herbal wellness is not about quick fixes, it is about consistent support, nourishment, and creating habits that help the body function well over time.

We often talk about the toxins we consume through food, products, and the environment.
But few people talk about the toxins competing for our attention every single day.
Your phone is more than a device. It shapes your atmosphere.
Constant notifications.
Endless scrolling.
Comparison.
Noise.
Outrage.
Information overload.
Over time, digital overstimulation can exhaust the mind, heighten anxiety, and leave the nervous system in a constant state of tension. Your brain was never created for nonstop consumption.
Not every toxin is physical.
Some enter through what you repeatedly see, hear, and absorb.
Protecting your peace is part of protecting your health.
Sometimes healing begins with creating sacred boundaries around your attention.
Comment “RESET” if you’re ready to reclaim your attention and protect your peace.
