Responsibilities Include:

- Evaluate damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed.
- Prepare detailed estimates for repairs, including parts and labor costs.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle’s condition and the necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate assessments and timely repairs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive repair techniques and industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage documentation related to estimates, approvals, and repairs efficiently.
- Support the sales team by providing insights on customer needs and preferences.

Due to the ice that we have gotten today some of the lights on the front royal star are not working. They are working to get it back up and running as soon as possible. Again Royal Auto Works would like to thank the community for all the love and support we have gotten over the years!
