DNB Engineering, Inc. offers expanded shock and vibration capabilities with a new Unholtz-Dickie R16C/HST 13,500 force pound integrated shaker and slip table. This Shaker can be used for Sine, Random, Sine on Random, and Random on Random. The system can produce shock pulses beyond 200 g’s as well as SRS (Shock Response Spectrum) profiles. This system has ultra-high levels of control and flexibility. Products that are too heavy, or are required to maintain a certain orientation, are accommodated by using the 4’ x 4’ Hybrid Slip Table (HST). The shaker armature has self-leveling capabilities and can support loads of 1500lbs. We can convert from horizontal to vertical in 20 minutes. We have two head expanders for use on this system in the vertical axis: a large 3’ x 3’ and medium 2’ x 2’ fixture.
