It’s finally arrived my 1/4 steer Kansas red Angus beef from super excited! 2/3 of three boxes arrived today. It’s been a long awaited and perfect timing for all the SoCal deliveries. This is my second order and just finishing my last shipment from Oct 2024. The quality of the beef is top notch. The ground beef makes exceptional burgers! I customized each of cut of meat on the thickness and portion size for each package. It’s been such amazing experience and money well spent along with eating high quality beef. Finally, next week I’ll defrost Filet to enjoy…too busy this weekend so it’s my favorite ground beef bowls for my weekend meal prep.

Week #2 Post-op Update:

Breast Implant Explant Surgery

I truly feel set free in my health. Lots of changes:

No more inflammatory in my joints
No more dry eye
No more chronic cough & post nasal drip
No more fatigue
No more insomnia
No more night anxiety
No more bloating
No more brain fog
No more chest pain

OMG…..I can breath super
deep now! I never even realized it.

SLEEP!!!…..I’ve been having the most incredible sleep that I haven’t had in years.

I started back on my vitamins and added a few more in. I also started daily castor oil application to eye lids, lashes, under eyes, & well just about my entire face & chest.

Castor Oil: Tons & tons of health benefits. I can’t even begin to tell you all. I’ve been having tons of time for research and reading. Castor oil was on my list to learn about and the benefits. Wow!

I’m grateful for doing my surgery to a better me & my health. I couldn’t have done this journey without the support of family, friends, & this community. I had so much supper from doctor appointments, daily care, texts, DM messages, meals, watching Phoebe, carrying my wine boxes, baking for me, my work team, my boss, my clients, and so much more. It truly takes a village.
