Thanks to everyone who came out to this evening's Backyard Barbeque Blowout class at Fullerton Arboretum! It was a great night!

This Wednesday, March 29th at 7pm, join The Jonathans of Table & Field at the Yorba Linda Public Library as they discuss the ins-and-out of sausage making! This free demonstration style class will cover meat choice and preparation, packing techniques, proper seasoning and more. Small samples will be provided. Class is held in the library's lower level, in the Community Room. See you there!
