In 2025, Oswego County Opportunities, Inc. (OCO) helped 3,188 people in obtaining or maintaining health insurance.

OCO's In-person Assistor and Navigator (IPAN) Program can help individuals or families apply for health insurance through the NYS Marketplace.

Our Navigators assist individuals and families with:
✔ Applying for NYS health insurance
✔ Determining eligibility
✔ Choosing the best plan
✔ Yearly recertifications
✔ Reporting changes & answering questions

Appointments are available at convenient times and locations throughout Oswego County. We also provide community outreach and education for residents and small businesses about Marketplace options.
