Rob later founded Lash Custom Homes, building in beloved Gainesville communities such as Avalon, Weatherstone, Mill Hammock, Meadowbrook, Mill Pond, Ridgemont, and Willow Creek.

👨‍👦 A legacy passed from father to son
In 2007, Rob’s son, Shawn Lash, stepped in as President. After decades of experience in both commercial and residential construction, Shawn shifted the company’s focus in 2022 to what he values most—true custom homebuilding.
