Discipline is the ability to do what needs to be done, regardless of how you feel about it.

It isn't intensity. It isn't motivation. It's consistency.

In training, discipline is showing up when the excitement is gone. It's sticking to the process when progress feels slow. It's choosing what serves your goals over what satisfies you in the moment.

Outside the gym, discipline is what keeps promises alive. It's what helps you stay committed when life gets busy, stressful, or uncertain.

Anyone can act when they feel inspired.
Discipline is what carries you when inspiration leaves.

And over time, it becomes the bridge between who you are and who you're capable of becoming.

Congrats to our May Committed Club 🥳

Consistency is the key to success and we had 31 athletes who prioritized their health by getting to 12+ classes in the month of May!

Thank you to our partner, BUBS Naturals. Our lucky winner Lyndsey M. won a container of creatine and some electrolytes to stay fueled for the summer.
