The difference comes in the milk/foam ratio, resulting in unique textures for each drink. A latte features a thin layer of milk foam and a heavy pour of steamed milk. This drink is creamy and smooth. A cappuccino has much less steamed milk, and is mostly filled with foam, giving it a light, dry texture. What’s your favorite?
