Gainesville Police Explorers Post 297

BSA Winterfest 2023 is a wrap! Our Explorers were among 37 law enforcement posts at Winterfest this year and learned a lot about themselves and their peers. They competed in Uniform Inspection and Unknown Trouble, walking away with 1st place in Unknown Trouble!

The advisors had such a great time being able to experience a lot of firsts for the Explorers. First time bowling, first time competing, first time in Gatlinburg, and so much more!

Message from advisors: We are beyond proud of your positive attitudes, performance, teamwork, and respectful behaviors this weekend at Winterfest! The way you conducted yourselves did not go unnoticed. We look forward to seeing you all become future leaders of our post and our community! Thank you for representing Gainesville Police and the Gainesville community this weekend in the presence of others from all over the U.S.
