Stay cool in the AC ❄️ and keep moving with these indoor options:

🧘‍♀️Gentle stretching or yoga flow in a cool room
🪑Seated strength exercises with light weights or resistance bands
🧍‍♂️Balance work like single-leg stands near a counter or chair
🧎‍♀️Bodyweight circuit (planks, glute bridges, wall sits)
