Become a Vendor at Equality Fest 2026 on September 12 at the Midland Greenway in Gainesville, GA!

If you have amazing wares to peddle, consider vending at one of North Georgia’s best Pride festivals! Last year’s inaugural event saw hundreds of patrons, and we’re expecting that number to grow this year!

Here’s what you need to know:
❤️ Spaces are limited! Only 30 regular vendors & 8 nonprofits will be accepted.
🧡 Product cap per category – keep the variety fresh and fun!
💛 Each space is 10x10 – bring your own tent or rent one from us.
💙 No tent stakes allowed – tents must be weighted.
💜 Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status get a discounted rate!
🩷 This is a rain or shine event. No refunds or cancellations.

Volunteer Leads will choose a committee to assist with:

🎤 Festival Programming

This is more than a day-of volunteer role! Volunteer Leads will meet with us once a month to support their assigned committee and help make Equality Fest 2026 unforgettable.
