We are currently out of the bakery as we take time to care for our sweet (and VERY wild 😅) puppy, June, who is having surgery tomorrow. We’ll be focused on helping her rest and recover, and will be back for our next porch pickup on Thursday, April 23rd 🍞✨

If you’re willing, we would be so grateful for your prayers—for a smooth procedure and a quick recovery for June 🐾💛

And maybe a little extra prayer for me, the fur momma, as I try to keep this energetic girl calm and resting for TWO whole weeks 🤪 It’s going to be a full-time job corralling the chaos!

Well friends… after a couple of years of desperately trying to keep my gallbladder, it decided yesterday that it was done with me and needed to come out. 🫠

I’m so sorry to be unexpectedly out of the bakery this week, but this was one of those “no choice” moments. Thank you so much for your kindness, patience, and support — it truly means more than you know.

I’ll be resting, healing, and dreaming of dough, and I’ll be back in the bakery as soon as I can. 💛 Be back soon.

Friends… we have a new employee in the house.

Please meet June — our 8–12 week old rescued baby pup 🥹🐾
She is tiny, precious, and sweet… and also approximately 98% PIRANHA based on:
🦷 needle-sharp teeth
🐊 constant biting
⚡ zoomies fueled by chaos
🥴 a deep love for chewing cords
🪂 and launching herself from heights that make my soul leave my body

So here’s the deal:

📣 We are taking the next TWO WEEKS OFF from baking while we tackle:
🚽 potty training
👀 24/7 supervision
🧼 cleaning up mysteries on the floor
😵‍💫 keeping her alive (and keeping us sane)

We’ll miss y’all SO much, but this little rescue deserves our full attention while she gets settled and learns how to be a civilized lady.
