If you’ve got a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.
The V Pizzaiolo Academy is a paid, eight-week training program for people who want to build real kitchen skills and learn the craft behind a V Pizza kitchen.
You’ll learn everything from knife skills and prep work to Neapolitan dough making, stretching pizzas, cooking in 900℉ wood-fired ovens, and preparing many of the menu items our guests know and love.
Maybe you’re fresh out of school and figuring out what’s next. Maybe you’re looking for a career change. Or maybe you just want to learn how to make really great pizza.
Any of those is a good enough reason.
We’re looking for people who are dependable, curious, willing to learn, and ready to put in the work.
The V Pizzaiolo Academy includes:
• 8 weeks of paid, hands-on training
• Monday–Thursday | 8:30–10:30 AM
• $15/hour while you learn
• Weekly evaluations and feedback
• V Pizzaiolo Academy Certificate upon successful completion
Graduates may be considered for future opportunities with V Pizza based on performance, attendance, demonstrated skills, available positions, and business needs. Completion of the VPA does not guarantee employment.

Tomato… toMAHto… who cares! All we know is that they’re sweet, juicy, and savory. Did you know we spend the extra money to fly in San Marzano tomatoes for our amazing sauce? Not only are they widely considered the best tomatoes in the world, but they’re also grown organically, if you care about that sort of thing.
And here’s the best part: we just returned from Italy, where we walked through the very San Marzano vines these beautiful tomatoes come from. Seeing where it all begins, the rich volcanic soil, the careful cultivation, the sun that ripens each tomato to perfection, only made us prouder to bring their incredible flavor back to our kitchens.
This week, our pizzaiolos are putting those incredible tomatoes front and center with a special that’s bursting with flavor. I’ve already tried it (more than once) and loved it… from my head to-ma-toes!
We’re calling it “The Happy Tomato!”
As always, we start with our house-made dough crafted from imported “00” Italian flour. Then we pile on our house blend of shredded mozzarella, our house-made sundried tomato cream sauce, Italian sausage, and cherry tomatoes, finishing it the V Pizza way with fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, oregano, and Pecorino Romano cheese. When it comes out of the wood-fired oven, we crown it with thinly shaved Prosciutto di Parma. The heat from the pizza nearly melts the prosciutto, creating an extremely rich and succulent taste that lets those San Marzano tomatoes truly shine.

Junior Pizzaiolo Class is the first Monday of every month!
In this hands-on class, your little ones will not only learn how to make their own pizza, but also what makes Neapolitan pizza so different — a tradition that dates back hundreds of years.
The next one? This Monday!!
This is a ticketed event so be sure to buy your tickets online as soon as possible to guarantee your seat at the table.

• Each class is limited to a maximum of 15 children
• $20 per child (includes one pizza + a beverage)

It’s our 4th of July Weekly special!
This week we bring you a pizza that screams ‘MERICA 🇺🇸 ....a DOUBLE cheese, DOUBLE pepperoni MASTERPIECE that we appropriately call "All American!"
America means a lot of different things for a lot of different people, but one thing is certain...we can all agree on a really delicious pepperoni pizza.
We have always prided ourselves on sourcing the very best ingredients. The very core of our products are imported from Italy, to your plate. From our Italian meats and cheeses down to our San Marzano tomatoes and 00 Flour. All of it comes from Italy to provide you with the most authentic pizza outside of Naples.
Everything we do is based on the promise of quality first, EVERYTHING ELSE is a distant second!
With all of that said, this weekly special features our V Pepperoni. It is “rustic cut” – which means thicker, bigger, and even tastier. If pepperoni had a heavyweight title...
We didn’t think just one layer of this pepperoni was enough, so we doubled it. Then we thought, “what’s double pepperoni without extra cheese?!”
Of course we couldn’t just give you plain ol’ cheese — so we put 5 on it. We added cheddar, gouda, shredded mozzarella, fresh mozzarella, & pecorino romano!
To bring it all together we finish it by adding fresh garlic and basil and voila! Buon Appetito! 🧑🏽🍳🤌🏽

Most pizza is designed to make you full, not happy. Heavy dough. Processed toppings. Ingredients chosen for cost, not quality.
We’re not most pizza.
We don’t use bleached or enriched flour. We don’t add sugar to our dough or sauces. We don’t mess around with the gross stuff: GMOs, preservatives, nitrates, or nitrites.
What we do is import the best ingredients Italy has to offer, and when something doesn’t come from Italy, we hold it to the same standard, doing everything possible to match that level of quality. Every meal, every time.
And this week’s special is no exception.
The Layla’s Vodka Classica.
The perfect example of that standard. The dough is made fresh every day with imported Italian “00” flour, milled so fine it practically melts in your hands, so it bakes up soft at the center and crisp at the edge.
The vodka sauce is a family recipe—rich, silky, and never touched by added sugar.
