MEET THE FOUNDER/ TRAINER
Teresa Martucci, LCSW-C, is a licensed social worker recently retired from Montgomery County Child Welfare Services and is currently employed as a therapist in Gaithersburg, Maryland. After 30+ of limited results training in a “regular” gym, she discovered Crossfit Koncepts run by Mike Krivka in 2011. For the past 11 years, she has been training at Crossfit Koncepts, refining her technique, coaching, and earning her RKC Certification in 2016.
She conceived Dynamic 360 Wellness after working with several teenagers on strength training and seeing dramatic gains in those teens, not only in physical strength, but in self-esteem and self-confidence.
