MGS Services LLC, located in Gaithersburg Maryland, is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, hardworking, individual that has experience in working with small business companies in the service industry.

Responsibilities:

- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and office workload
- Prepare and examine accounting records and financial statements
- Maintains General Journal including maintenance of recurring journal entries and allocations
- Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions
- Maintains and balances accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies
- Coordinate the monthly close
- Develop and implement policies and procedures with emphasis on improving financial efficiency
- Responsible for the timely processing of accounting paperwork so Quickbooks is current and up to date
- Answer phones: Able to speak clearly and proficiently
- Other Duties as assigned
- Dispatching: Able to dispatch crews in different areas while making sure the least amount of drive time is done. (Occasionally)
- Remotely on call emergency dispatcher (Occasionally)
- Receiving or packing for shipping, incoming or outgoing parts and materials (Occasionally)
- Comfortably able to lift 30 pounds without assistance

Required Skills:

- Must be proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience or coursework preferable
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
- Accuracy in executing assigned tasks
- Problem solver and ability to think independently
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Flexible in adapting to changing priorities
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task
- Exceptional customer service skills

This position is full time 9am-6pm Monday-Friday. Remuneration based on experience and qualifications. Please forward resume and references for consideration.

MGS Services is a family-owned company currently seeking IT Field Service Technicians for MD/DC/VA region. The position is full time. Salary is depending on experience. We are a very busy service company with plenty of overtime available.

Position Requirements:
• A+ / Network+ certification or related experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshoot skills
• Strong PC Skills
• Basic electronic knowledge
• Working and support knowledge of MS OS software as well as Outlook, Word, Excel
• Ability to configure, maintain and upgrade PC
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair PC
• Ability to install, upgrade and perform backup on software
• Ability to identify and install pc hardware and peripherals
• Ability to answer computer and software related questions in technical and non-technical terms
• Must be self-taught handyman
• Strong communication skills and work ethic
• Must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends with 3 weeks rotating on call schedule
• Must have a clean driving record
Certifications in VeriFone, Gilbarco, Veeder-Root, Dresser Wayne, POS, and other petroleum related pumps, POS, etc. equipment a plus. Company will provide training/certifications as needed.
