There are no magic pills for health, health depends on your habitual life, and there are a couple of essential things - eating well, sleeping well, moving well, getting sunshine, and last but not least, socializing.
Eat a balanced diet of whole foods. π
Get enough sleep. π

Soak up some sunshine. π
Socialize more with friends and loved ones and less in front of the screen!
All of these are essential for maintaining good health.
These are the fundamentals, and it is important not to overlook them.
