This Tunisian nut cake is honestly one of the softest cakes I’ve made lately 😍 The rose syrup gives it such a unique flavor without being overpowering at all.

What I used for this recipe:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 large eggs
7 tbsp butter
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup mixed ground nuts
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup sugar for syrup
3 lemon slices

Method:
Step 1: Whisk together the eggs, sugar, and melted butter.
Step 2: Add the flour, baking powder, and nuts until combined.
Step 3: Bake until golden brown, then slowly pour over the syrup.
