Job Description
We are looking for a few strong and friendly local brand ambassadors to assist us with a Ride and Drive event taking place at the Bass Pro Shop location in Hanover MD. Support would be for registration and recruitment needs.

Event – Ride and Drive for Toyota at the BPS in Hanover

Location – BPS Hanover - 7000 Arundel Mills Circle, Hanover MD, 21076

Dates – July 16th - 18th (Fri-Sun)

HOO – 10am to 6pm daily (call time on the 11th will be 9am the rest of the days 9:30am)

Rate - $22.50/hour plus a daily $25 non-taxed per diem

Wardrobe – AMCI to provide shirt and jacket and you would need to wear black pants, shoes, and belt (optional)

Vehicles on-site Tundra, 4Runner, Tacoma, Sienna, and Rav4 Hybrid

You must be able to work all dates and hours of the event. You must be able to legally work in the USA. You will be hired as a temporary employee where taxes will be deducted from your paycheck/auto deposit.

Our lifestyle and intercept events, product engagements, brand immersions, and test drive programs convert prospects to buyers.

We operate events year round and are currently looking for well spoken professionals and outgoing extroverts who are team players. The ideal candidate must be outgoing, friendly and self-motivated while being comfortable engaging with the general public.

We are looking for some strong product specialists/in-vehicle host to help provide at-home vehicle demonstrations and Test Drives, designed to create a relationship not only with the product and brand but also the consumer. While product and automotive knowledge is key, a white-glove experience is paramount for every Test Drive experience and street teaming efforts. Program would start towards June 16th and run thru September 5th operating 5 days a week (Weds-Sunday) with the possibility of extending.

Job Requirements
In addition to being professional, well-spoken, and approachable, staff must be:
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid United States issued Driver’s License
• Clean Background & Driving Record
• Reliable Transportation
• Evening Availability
• Smart Phone with Data Plan
• iOS 11 - updated Safari and/or Chrome browsers, Android 8.0 - updated Android and/or Chrome browsers
• Tech Savvy
• Polished and Hospitable
• Adaptable
• Brand and product knowledge
• Able to engage in conversation with guests

Job Duties
• Manage availability/schedule within test drive portal
• Accept assigned Appointments and reach out to consumers to confirm appointments 48 hours in advance
• Facilitate Test Drives
• Perform Vehicle Check Out Process
• Provide at-home vehicle demonstration and Test Drive
• Facilitate Survey and Reports
• Complete Vehicle Check In Process
• Street teaming/recruiting on days reservations are light

We are looking for a few friendly and outgoing individuals to help with a one day ride and drive activation taking place at Lake Ray Rodgers in Sanger TX on Saturday, April 17th. We need some support setting up, providing breathalyzers to participants, and recruitment help, and tear down.

Date - Saturday, April 17th
HOO - 11am to 5pm (event starts at noon)
Rate - $22.50/hr plus daily per diem of $25
