I am SO excited to finally share this project with you 🤩

After two years of incredible work with Crossgate Partners, I’m sharing the first glimpse of The Lofts at King Mill—and I couldn’t be more proud of how this turned out.

This has been my favorite project to date: a 300,000 square foot, 100-year old historic multifamily transformation that challenged me creatively and pushed every boundary I thought I had.

We took the raw industrial bones and created a sophisticated urban community that honors this building’s incredible heritage while serving modern living. The exposed brick, soaring ceilings, and industrial details became the foundation for something really special.

I can’t wait to share more of this project with you—the design challenges, the custom furnishings, the moments when everything clicked into place. ✨

There's something magical about California living, where the boundaries between inside and out seem to dissolve completely. ✨ In our Manhattan Beach project, the outdoor spaces weren't an afterthought but an essential extensions the indoor space, deserving the same thoughtful design approach as any interior. I love layering weather-friendly textiles, incorporating drought-tolerant greenery, and creating conversation zones that invite lingering and connection.

Embracing the dark side in the best possible way with this bathroom transformation. We played with contrast by setting moody charcoal walls against crisp white countertops for that perfect tension between drama and serenity. The brass accents catch light in all the right ways, adding warmth to the cool palette. Sometimes the most serene spaces come from the boldest design choices – who says bathrooms can't have drama? 🪄
