Lambda Upsilon Sigma Rhoer Club

Sunday, the ladies of Lambda Upsilon Sigma Rhoer Club had our May club meeting. We learned about teen health and had real conversations about women’s health. We talked about myths that people believe and got to understand what’s actually true, which was really eye-opening. We also discussed how important it is to speak up for ourselves and take care of our health.

Today was truly impactful 💙💛
We came in not knowing exactly what to expect, but we left feeling inspired, heard, and motivated. We had real conversations about mental health, confidence, and planning for our future—and it didn’t feel like a lecture. It felt like a space where our voices actually mattered.
We connected with new people, learned from mentors, and were able to be ourselves without judgment.

We’re grateful for the opportunity and proud to be part of something that’s bigger than just an event—it’s about our growth and our future. 💫
