Building & Grounds Management Is a general contracting company that trys to keep focus on the comercial multi family side of construction world. We do from time to time perform residential contractor service also.

We are looking to expand our team for upcoming expansion of contracts permanently. Our team currently is made up of highly skilled carpenters that all have knowledge of all areas of the home/multi family Improvement market. All members of our team did not start out as highly skilled carpenters, some have climbed the ladder quickly from being taught and worked with.
With that said, we are looking to hire someone that is not afraid to learn, willing to show up (40hrs + week), work hard, and willing to be open minded in order to continue our reputation of being a reliable and affordable contractor service that provides top notch service.

The job will most likely start off with caulking and painting (unless your are skilled In other areas). We need someone to come behind our crew that Is removing exterior trim, corner boards and siding from apt buildings. It is our responsibility to caulk and paint all materials that we remove and put back on. Also, the spring/summer time we stay busy with our pressure washing service. So having general knowledge on climbing ladders, painting and carpentry skills are a plus but not a necessity. Everyone on our team is willing to teach and lead so don’t be afraid to inquire about job opportunity with us!

It’s possible to start out at $15 per hour, $25 per hour, $35 per hour, $150 per day, $200 per day, $250 per day or even $60,000 per year. If you are license to drive and have master skills at carpentry, painting and/or sanitizing/cleaning/pressure washing/gutter cleaning we can start you out at a super competitive rate of pay base upon skills and the opportunity to lead an entire crew will be the goal.

We are willing to work with schedules on a part time basis possibly. Summer time students are welcome, sub contractor sort of fill In work would also be considered possibly if you are insured and legitimate and responsible.

We are addressing/scheduling all these issues in the next couple months. If you have help and can sub this work out we can do that. If you need fill in work I can use the help. Almost forgot brick work, point up masonry.

If you’re not looking to “play the system” I have work for ya. If you’re looking for legitimate employment so that you can quit and collect unemployment or claim “pandemic” don’t call.

Just because there is a storm drain, doesn’t mean it’s operating correctly. This drain had a 10” pipe in the bottom feeding the main drain. However, it seems at some point someone filled the bottom of the drain in w some left over concrete maybe! Not sur me of exactly what happened but the 10” drain was restricted by 1/2 of its diameter. This caused back up and actually caused a “depression” (sink) hole to occur.

This drain was so overwhelmed that it caused it to backup and be full of debri!

SOLUTION;
Cleaned storm drain out, jack hammered the concrete out and snaked the drain to make sure the full 10” is operating correctly!
Checked back in during Hurricane Dorian presence and it’s now working like it was engineered to do!
