BACKSTOP BOOTCAMP x

We are excited to announce this catchers-only training event led by , exclusively for catchers‼️

This three-hour clinic will include high-level catching instruction across every aspect of the position - receiving, blocking, throwing, and specialty plays. Catchers will be separated into age-specific groups, where they will be taken through curated drill progressions and skill work in an environment designed to bring the best out of them through collaboration and competition.

BACKSTOP BANDITS x NICOLE GABRIEL TRAINING

We are extremely excited to announce our collaboration with , one of the premier performance training programs in baseball, to provide our catchers with world-class strength and conditioning programming.

Athleticism, strength, and mobility are vital contributors to elite performance behind the plate, and we don’t want to leave anything on the table when it comes to our catchers’ development.

Both our Tampa Bay and 1:1 remote catchers now have access to specialized performance training with NGT, designed to address their unique physical needs as catchers and athletes, and bring them closer to their goals.
