We've heavily promoted modern science but neglected our rich indigenous knowledge. It's time for a balance. Our ancestors spent thousands of years accumulating organic, ground-applicable wisdom. Modern practices, though seeming fast, are new. We're only now discovering their side effects.

Growing up, I rarely saw people who looked like me in the Bible. When I asked why, the answer was always 'don't ask questions.' This sparked an inquisitive mind, leading me to ask questions I wasn't supposed to know the answers to. Conversations with my grandmother revealed she wasn't prepared for the information I was learning, but I respected her faith that helped her navigate life.

When divine beings clash, why do we wage human wars? The rhetoric of dehumanization fuels conflict, reducing entire populations to less than animals. This isn't just about politics; it's about a profound disconnect in how we perceive each other and the 'other'.

We've been making so much noise, especially after the Trayvon shooting. But what if having a voice meant we wouldn't have to shout so loud? The system might arrest him just to quiet the noise, only to acquit him later. Are we truly being heard?
