I was raised in Wayland, NY, and am the proud mom of my son, Jacob, who just turned 21. I am an advocate of self-sufficient living and O-Neh-Da & Eagle Crest Vineyards has provided me with an opportunity to own and grow my own business.

O-Neh-Da is the third-oldest winery in America and the oldest winery devoted to making natural, pure grape sacramental wines. There is so much history behind this business. The winery was founded by Bishop McQuaid at the close of the Civil War to make natural, pure grape wine for Catholic Mass. A few years ago, the winery was chosen by Pope Francis to be the official wine for the Pope’s tour of the USA. Among many awards and medals we have won over the years, winning the World Riesling Championship for our 2009 Dry Riesling was quite an honor. We proudly continue our tradition of making Finger Lakes wines that are natural, wild-fermented, and pure. 100% solar-powered producing premium wines using only the best grapes grown in the Finger Lakes.

The renowned Hermann J. Wiemer, the founding winemaker for Bully Hill and founder of Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyards, stopped by on Memorial Day 2015 to check out his old stomping grounds. Unbeknownst to many Finger Lakes wine lovers, O-Neh-Da was the place where Hermann began his American winemaking and viticulture career. We remain grateful for all the visitors who seek out the winery in the pristine hillside of Hemlock Lake to discover our premium wines made with love. My partner, Will, is our Vintner and Brand Manager and Chief Wine Appreciator. Together we are doing the work of 100 monks!
